Managing Director

Enjoy the journey through the design and construction phases of your new build with the effortlessly smooth guidance from Cletus, the visionary Founder and Managing Director of BzyBuild.

Having undertaken several assignments in commercial projects, township developments, residential projects, refurbishment, and restoration works; Cletus brings over two and a half decades of experience from managing both local and international building projects.

Cletus’ hands-on approach and vast experience ensures that every aspect of your project receives meticulous attention and care from the moment you reach out through to handing over the keys to your new home.

From initial design and consultation right through to completion of works Cletus and his team were professional, reliable and delivered a finished product to a high standard and to schedule. Cletus personally checked the quality of workmanship at each stage of construction and ensured the premises was kept clean and tidy throughout the process. I highly recommend BzyBuild Projects and am thoroughly pleased with the finished product.

In my last position as Asset and facilities Manager for ECU, Murdoch and Melbourne University’s student village I had several large projects over 5 years that had to be completed in a very short time period and on very tight budget.The company that had won the contract performed above my expectation, coming in on budget and completing within the tight time frame and presenting a finished product that all stakeholders were happy with. this was mainly from the leadership of Cletus D’Cunha as the head project Manager.
